Fortune & Glory is Opening Saturday, November 12
As mad as it sounds, it has been more than a year since we were last open to the public. In late October, 2021, we shuttered our original cidery to begin the process of building out our new facility just half a block East. To say that our buildout has been quite the journey is truly an understatement. Our move has been profoundly challenging yet truly transformative.
We've finally landed in a place where our little cider company --a laboratory for experimentation and discovery-- can reopen to the public and say hello to friends old and new again. The name and location have changed, but the spirit is stronger than ever.
We're so tremendously grateful to our customers, partners and suppliers. Without your patronage and encouragement over the past few years, we simply would not have been able to go on.
Since founding the cidery in 2017, we always wanted to connect with our community and our customers. Little did we know how very much we would come to rely on you as our friends, neighbors and confidants.
Because of the bond of these relationships, we were driven to not only survive, but look beyond mere survival and envision our next chapter. You encouraged us to weather the pandemic and build a plan for reinvention and extension. We've done just that. We're excited to finally welcome you back to our cidery, which officially reopens on Saturday, November 12, 2022.
We'll unlock the doors this Saturday at 12 noon and pour cider until 9pm. In addition to familiar and new ciders, we'll also have awesome zero-proof cocktails and a sampling of snacks from our new kitchen, including our signature Liège street waffles --the perfect 24/7 snack and a delightful ode to the Belgian regions that inspire our farmhouse ciders.
We can't wait to see you --and thanks so much for your support.
