After more than two years, our fan favorite apricot farmhouse cider has returned --and just in time for the Brew Cup.

An homage to Sirius Black (of the Harry Potter universe), we craft this beauty by pitching a big, bold dose of Belgian saison yeast into a super-fruity blend of Washington dessert apples. Following a tempered fermentation, we mix in rich apricots then press the resulting cider over a botanical blend of Ceylon black tea, dried papaya, peach and apricot, in addition to blackberry leaves, and sunflower and calendula petals.

Serious Black is available exclusively at the Fortune & Glory taproom starting on Friday, August 18 until supplies last. We'll start draught only, but 16oz cans will be available soon.
