ENGLISH PUB-STYLE CIDERS
Back to Black

Somethin' Cheeky

A smooth-drinking, tart pub cider, this beauty is fermented with English ale yeast for a crisp finish, reminiscent of a clean London metro ale. Hood River valley sour cherries add a delicious fruit bite, punctuated by a big pop of fresh lime zest, with accents of dried chicory and hibiscus.

FERMENTATION PROFILE: British ale yeast
TASTING NOTES: Our big-bodied English pub cider meets a huge splash of Willamette valley blueberries, accented with blackberry and blueberry flowers, hibiscus and rose hips, all highlighted by the fresh bite of lemon zest. The name is inspired by the 1983 New Order dance hit, "Blue Monday,” which was described by BBC Radio’s "Sold on Song" feature thus: "The track is widely regarded as a crucial link between Seventies disco and the dance/house boom that took off at the end of the Eighties.” In this spirit, Blue Monday is the crucial link between an old-world pub cider and the crisp, modern freshness of a citrus berry blend, reminding us that the grandeur of the present owes great thanks to the steadfast beauty of the past.
