Cheese & Crisps
Featuring a rotating selection of three cheeses (typically one crumbly, one soft and one sliced), our signature cheese tray is highlighted by our house-made Scandinavian crisps, a nod to our fair city's nordic roots. Our crisps feature a tasty array of seeds and nuts --and they're entirely gluten-free and vegan. We round out each tray with some pickely bits and sea salt croccantini crackers (contains wheat).
Say hello to The Ball. Originating from an old family recipe, The Ball features a delicate blend of cheeses, bell pepper and seasoning, finished with toasted pecans.
We serve this decadent snack with a side of the only crackers fit for this all-American classic: Ritz --an age-old delight that itself has roots as well established as our ciders.
The Ball pairs perfectly with a tall glass of farmhouse apple cider.
Fortune & Glory crafts snacks that complement our ciders --and might also be just the ticket for a light meal.
Our house-made hummus is the perfect size for one or two, featuring corn chips, black sesame and a seasonal fruit garnish. This crisp vegan snack pairs perfectly with a cider or one of our signature zero-proof cocktails (pictured above), 100% alcohol-free.

The Liège waffle is a mainstay of Belgium street food, pairing perfectly before, during or after a beverage --or even as a dessert. Served hot or cold on the streets of Belgium and the Netherlands, the Liège waffle is the main event, requiring nothing but your hands to enjoy.
Our house-made Liège street waffles are baked fresh daily, featuring whole cream butter and Belgian pearl sugar for a perfectly rich finish featuring that signature pop of subtle sweetness. Now you can order the classic with powdered sugar, or amp it up with Nutella and whipped cream. Learn more about these delightfully hearty snacks at TASTE.
Say hello to the rich, decadent chocolate budino —the queen of Italian desserts. This is what mousse thinks it is when it looks in the mirror, and what traditional pudding can only fantasize about. Petite sized for one or two and finished with sea salt and house-made cranberry almond biscotti, fans of this amazingly complex delight won’t be disappointed. Come for the cider, stay for the budino.
